Later, when the dispute escalated, a case was registered against both the accused for blocking the road by chasing the girl, attempt to kidnap and molestation. Now this case is being heard continuously in Chandigarh Court since 2017.

What allegations were made against former Sports Minister Sandeep Singh?

The female coach made serious allegations and said that at around 6.50 pm, Minister Sandeep Singh molested her. During this, the T-shirt of the female coach got torn. Somehow she escaped from their clutches and went out.
If he did not agree then he was transferred. The female coach alleged that when I did not listen to the minister, I was transferred. Even my training was stopped. In this case, police had registered a case against Sandeep Singh under sections 342, 354, 354A, 354B, 506 of IPC in Chandigarh. However, Sandeep Singh said that the lady coach was transferred to Jhajjar and she wanted to stay in Panchkula, hence she is making such allegations.
Sandeep did not resign, sports department returned After these allegations, the then CM Manohar Lal withdrew the sports department from Sandeep Singh. He was retained as minister by giving him Printing and Stationery. On this Manohar said that allegations have just been made. This is being investigated. He has not been declared guilty yet. There we stayed at Hotel HPTDC Rose Common Kasauli District Solan. We found 2 persons who were staying there. My friend and I started talking to him. One of them revealed his name as Mohanlal Badoli. He said he is the leader. The second was Rocky Mittal alias Jaibhagwan, who described himself as a singer.
Took us to their room, lured us, forced us to drink alcohol The woman further said – While talking, he took us to his room and said let us sit and talk. Jai Bhagwan lured me with the role of an actress in his album and Mohan Badoli lured me with a government job. Then offered us liquor. When I refused, I was forced to drink it. They molested me after making me drink alcohol. I opposed it.
My friend sat aside and raped me. Seeing the protest, my friend was intimidated and made to sit aside. Then he threatened me that if I did not obey him, I would get you killed. After this both of them took turns to rape me. Took obscene photos of me and made a video. He threatened us that if we told anything to anyone or complained to the police, he would make us disappear. After this we were thrown out of the room. After about 2 months, they again scared us and called us to Panchkula. There they tried to file a false case against us. After this we got the address of Rocky Mittal and Barauli.
When Baroli MLA was accused of gangrape, the case was registered after becoming the president. The important aspect in this case is that on the date when Badoli was accused of gang rape with singer Rocky Mittal in Kasauli on July 3, 2023, he was the BJP MLA from Rai seat of Sonipat. However, later he became the state president of BJP on 9 July 2024 after Nayab Saini became the CM. After 5 months, on December 13, 2024, a complaint was given and a case of gangrape was registered against him.
