Apart from this, he will also announce 2 lakh government jobs during his 5 -year tenure to woo the youth. Saini will make provision to provide jobs to 40 thousand youths on an average every year in the budget.

In the year 2024-2025, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatter presented a budget of 1 lakh 89 thousand 877 crore as the then Finance Minister.

Why can the budget be 2 lakh crores? This year’s budget can cross the figure of Rs 2 lakh crore. This estimate has been imposed in view of the increase in the size of the budget of the last few years. Last year, in 2024-25, the then Chief Minister Manohar Lal presented a budget of Rs 1.89 lakh crore, which was 11% more than the previous year.

Earlier in 2023-24 the budget was Rs 1.83 lakh crore. In the year 2022-23, this amount was Rs 1.77 lakh crore, which was 15.6% more than 2021-22. In this way, the trend of continuous increase in the budget is being seen, due to which the budget is likely to be more than 2 lakh crore rupees.

1. Government will give 2100 rupees a month to women Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini will fulfill the promise of giving 2100 rupees a month to women aged 18 to 60 years in his first budget. For this, he will make a provision of 10 thousand crore rupees separately in the budget. The Saini Sarkar announced the scheme before the assembly elections. However, the government will connect women in the first phase of this scheme, whose annual income will be less than Rs 1.80 lakh.

2. Provision in budget for interest free loan The third major scheme for women in the budget will be with women entrepreneurs. Through this scheme, the government will give loan interest free to entrepreneur women up to one lakh rupees. CM Naib Saini will also make provisions for this in the budget. Women interested in the industry will get great relief from this. On International Women’s Day, CM Saini announced it for women.

3. Provision in budget for millionaire Didi The central government has given a target to make Haryana 5 lakh millionaires in 5 years. So far, the target of making 2 lakh millionaires in Haryana has been met. 2 lakh millionaires are yet to be built. Provision will be made in the budget regarding this.

4. Women may increase the scope of domestic gas cylinders In the budget, Naib Saini can increase the scope of a plan to provide gas cylinders to women for Rs 500. At present, the government is giving the benefit of this scheme to about 13 lakh BPL families in the state. However, any woman whose name is a gas connection in the state, that woman can be given about 12 LPG cylinders at the rate of Rs 500 per cylinder every year. For this, the woman will have to show the Aadhaar card of Haryana.

40 thousand jobs in a year for youth Naib Saini is going to provide great relief to the youth as a government job in the budget. The BJP promised to give 2 lakh government jobs in the assembly elections. To fulfill this promise, Saini has so far given appointment letters of government job to 26 thousand youths. The government will now give government jobs to 40 thousand youths every year.

The Department of Personnel has completed the preparations for the posts of these jobs, and submitted the report to the government. After the budget provision, the recruitment calendar will be released under this report and the recruitment will be released every month on the same basis. Naib Saini has announced to conduct a Common Eligibility Test (CET) in May.

Focus on health education too The government may also have a focus in the field of health and education. Former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khatter had a focus on establishing a medical college in all the districts, in view of which at present Chief Minister Naib Saini can work on advancing this mission. After the formation of a new medical college, the government can meet the shortage of doctors in the state. At present, there is a shortage of about 4,500 doctors in the state.

One crore 80 lakh people of 45 lakh families of the state are taking advantage of free treatment up to 5 lakh under the Viva Yojana. In the year 2022-23, financial assistance of Rs 385 crore has been provided to 2.67 lakh beneficiaries and so far in the year 2023-24, financial assistance of Rs 765 crore has been provided to 5 lakh 21 thousand persons. In 2024-25, financial assistance of Rs 1000 crore has been provided so far.

In the budget of 2024-25, Rs 9,579 crore was allocated to the Health Department. This time it is estimated to increase.

Decision can also be taken on increasing retirement age Naib Saini can also announce to please the employees of the state in this budget. Recently, representatives of various employee organizations held a meeting with Saini. Employees had demanded Saini that retirement age in state government departments should be done on the lines of universities, medical and central ministries, commissions and boards.

Employees are demanding that the retirement age limit of Group-C employees be increased from 58 to 60 years. Also, the age limit of fourth class job should be increased from 60 to 62 years.

Government can increase TA-DA of MLAs Naib Saini can give relief to MLAs in the first budget. MLAs of the ruling party and opposition have demanded the government to increase TA and DA. Currently, MLAs in Haryana are getting TA-DA of Rs 18 per km. The legislators have said that this is insufficient in view of increasing inflation. In view of the demand of MLAs, CM Saini can take a relief decision in the budget.

67.72% more loans than budget on government The government has a total debt of ₹ 3.17 lakh crore, while the current annual budget is ₹ 1.89 lakh crore. The most worrying aspect is that every year the government has to pay ₹ 60 thousand crore only as the original/interest of the loan. Debt is 67.72% higher than the current budget. The annual interest payment is 31.74% of the total budget.

If the government starts new schemes to speed up the pace of development, it will also cost it. Due to this, the state government will also be bound to increase the debt burden. The BJP government has come for the third consecutive time in the state. When the BJP government was formed for the first time in 2014, the state had a debt of ₹ 70 thousand crore.

No considering to reduce petrol prices The eyes of the people of the state are fixed at the budget on reducing the prices of petrol and diesel. However, the government is not considering it. Currently, petrol in the state is around Rs 95.34 per liter and diesel is around Rs 88.20 per liter.

25% on petrol and 16.40% on diesel. 3 years ago, the then Chief Minister Manohar Lal gave a slight relief of 5 rupees 62 paise on petrol and 24 paise in diesel.
