The budget session of Haryana Legislative Assembly will start today (March 7). It will begin with the address of Governor Bandaru Dattatreya. In this session, Chief Minister Naib Saini will present the budget for the first time on March 17 as Finance Minister. This time the budget is expected to be 1.95 lakh crores.

1. Amended bill on travel agent The government is going to strictly on the travel agent for the youth who went to America through Dunky. For this, a revised bill related to travel agent will be brought. The Home Department has prepared a draft of the bill afresh. It will be mandatory for all travel agents to register. In this bill, there will be a provision of imprisonment for 3 to 10 years and fine of Rs 2 to 5 lakh to the guilty travel agents.

2. Budget for women for Rs 2100 every month Before the Haryana assembly elections, the BJP government had promised to give 2100 rupees every month to women of 18 to 60 years of the state. The BJP has named it Lado Laxmi Yojana. For this, a budget of about 10 thousand crores can be approved. However, it is also discussed that only women of families with income less than 1.80 lakh annual income will benefit from the poverty line.

Deployment of duty magistrate during session Assembly Speaker Harvindra Kalyan has directed to form a coordination committee of Haryana, Punjab and UT Chandigarh Police officers during the session. Along with this, Duty Magistrate will be deployed during the session on behalf of Chandigarh administration. Chandigarh Police will also be present on the spot for action in any case.

2. Ban on mobile will be banned Speaker Harvindra Kalyan has been requested to all ministers, MLAs, officers and press representatives not to bring mobiles to the assembly building. If it is very necessary to bring it, then submit it to the welcome, or keep it on silent mode.

3. No entry with weapons of ministers-legislators No kind of fury performance will be allowed outside the assembly premises. He instructed the police officers to keep complete preparations for this in advance. It has been decided in the meeting that during the session, no common or special will be allowed to enter with weapons. For this, letters have also been written to ministers and legislators on behalf of the Assembly Secretariat.

What did the Leader of the Opposition say about the budget session …

Former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda Said that other corruption cases including mining scams are being revealed, and crime is increasing in the state. Masses like farmers’ crops due to heavy rains, deteriorating law and order situation and increasing debt will also be raised by the Congress.

Reacting to the budget session, INLD Legislature Party leader Aditya Devi Lal said that 12 calling proposals have been sent to the speaker for the budget session on behalf of the party. The INLD party is fully ready for the assembly budget session starting on Friday.
