In the weekly review meeting of the State Task Force (STF), Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department Sudhir Rajpal directed strict action against illegal abortion. He said that if a doctor is found involved in this, then his license should be canceled.
The government clearly says that improving sex ratio is the highest priority and no negligence will be tolerated in it.
Sexes increased from 902 to 906
The review meeting focused on curbing illegal abortion and intensifying efforts to further improve the sex ratio of the state under the ‘Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao’ campaign. It was told at the meeting that the sex ratio in Haryana increased from January 1 to June 23 this year to 906, which was 902 in the same period last year.

1. East CMO will nap in Charkhi-Dadri district

Pregnant woman will be reverse tracking on bleeding
The Additional Chief Secretary directed that any woman arriving at the hospital with symptoms of bleeding would have to undergo reverse tracking and be tested to find out whether she has ate the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) bullets. If any violation of the law is found, proper legal action should be taken without delay.
Good record friends will be honored
Officials were also instructed to identify the friends who have played an important role in ensuring the successful birth of the girls. Such friends will be encouraged by the concerned CMO as a means of recognizing their efforts and encouraging widespread community participation in this important task.
