Disputes of long -standing waterlogging and Yamuna water sharing between Haryana and Rajasthan may soon be resolved. There was a detailed conversation between Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on this.

In the conversation, it was decided that the two states will work towards solution on important issues like drainage and Yamuna water sharing of Bhiwadi region of Rajasthan.
With this consent, the problem of waterlogging in industrial and residential areas of both states is expected to resolve the historical dispute related to Yamuna water sharing.

Both emphasized permanent solution
Let us tell you that the geographical form of Bhiwadi is such that the rain water there naturally flows towards Haryana. Due to the obstruction of drainage during the monsoon, there is a serious problem of waterlogging in Bhiwadi industries and residential areas. During the conversation, the two Chief Ministers emphasized cooperation for permanent solutions at technical and administrative levels to resolve the issue.
The Rajasthan government has made arrangements to complete the industrial water of Bhiwadi completely. Now only the drainage of treated water will be ensured, which will also be strict monitoring. Both leaders discussed positively.

1. Joint Project Report will be made
To implement this agreement between the two states, a detailed project report (DPR) will be prepared by jointly. After the preparation of this report, both the state will make equal financial support for the project. There is a possibility that in July itself, both states start working towards resolving these issues.
2. Ground Alignment Survey will begin this month
Apart from this, a ground alignment survey will be started for the pipeline to be laid on drainage between the two states till the last of this month. This project will prove to be a major step towards ensuring water security for both states.
Rajasthan and Haryana are facing this problem
This consent between the two states is a significant progress towards unquestionably solving water related problems that have been going on for years. The problem of drainage in Bhiwadi in Rajasthan and border areas of Haryana had long been the cause of problems for industries and local residents.
The Rajasthan government has already taken several steps in this direction, which includes the system of purifying industrial water. With the help of Haryana, a permanent solution to this problem will be found.
