During the hearing, the court said that if someone is wrongly excluded, he will intervene, but the Election Commission is a constitutional body. It should be assumed that he must be taking appropriate steps. Senior advocate Rakesh Dwivedi, appearing for the Election Commission, said, ‘The draft list will be published on 1 August. Those who will be missed in it will get a full 1 month time for application. The picture will be clear by 15 September.
