A Russian court has imposed a fine of 3.8 million rubles on Google, which will be converted to Indian currency, it will be around Rs 36 lakh. YouTube in Russia was hosting some videos in which Russian soldiers were instructed to surrender. This information itself has been shared by Russia’s news agency Tass. Google has not given any response to the fine imposed by Russia.
Russia is monitoring foreign tech companies and ordered to remove what he considers illegal content from platform. It also includes fake information related to Ukraine War.
