Himani Narwal Murder: The police has arrested the accused in the murder of Congress leader Himani Narwal in Haryana. The police said on Monday (March 03, 2025) that the accused Sachin is married and runs a mobile shop in Jhajjar.
According to the news of news agency ANI, Regarding the case, Rohtak Range Krishna Kumar Rao said, ‘The accused used a mobile charger in the murder of Himani Narwal. According to the police, both the accused Sachin and the deceased woman met through social media and Sachin often used to come to Himani Narwal’s house.
Mobile charger strangled
ADGP said, ‘The accused Sachin lived alone in Vijay Nagar, Rohtak. On 27 February, he went to the deceased’s house. Meanwhile, there was a dispute between the two about something and Sachin strangled Himani with a mobile charger. After Himani’s murder, the accused also looted her house. Sachin stole jewelery, phone and laptop and packed Himani’s body in a suitcase.
According to the police, after robbing Himani’s house, the accused went to his shop in Jhajjar. After that, the accused packed the dead body in a suitcase and threw it near Sampla bus stand.
Case of money transactions came forward
ADGP Krishna Kumar Rao said, ‘The police will take the accused in remand and interrogate him that there was a dispute between the two, after which Sachin killed Himani. At the same time, he told that there was a transaction of money between the two, we will also investigate it. The accused will be questioned about all the facts.
The police have also found marks of cutting and scraper in the hands of the accused. According to police sources, Himani had bitten him in his hand to save himself from Sachin. Himani’s brother has demanded the hanging of the accused.
