A case of tampering with a TV serial actress has come to light on the occasion of Holi in Mumbai. Holi celebrations were organized in Jogeshwari area. In the same Holi party, the co-star forcibly put a color despite the actress refusal. After which the actress has filed a case at the police station.
Holi tampering with actress
The 29 -year -old actress has worked in many TV serials. She currently works with an entertainment channel. The actress told the police that her company had organized a Holi party on its roof. In which many people attended.
His 30-year-old co-star was also involved in the same party. He was allegedly drunk. The actress, in her statement, told the police that the accused was misbehaving with her. He was trying to color other women. I did not want to play Holi with her, so I protested and went away from her. I hid behind a stall on the roof but he came after me and tried to add color to me. I covered my face. But he forcibly grabbed me and painted my cheeks.
Police sent notice to the accused
He started saying that “I love you, see who saves you from you”, after that he touched me wrongly and put a color. After which I pushed him away from myself. Due to this incident, I was mentally shocked and went straight to the washroom. Later, the actress told her friends about the whole incident. After which the friend of the actress went to ask the accused actor, then he was also shocked. The actress along with her friends reached the nearest police station and lodged a complaint against the accused actor. On the complaint of the actress, the police has started further investigation by registering a case.
Police said that after registering the case, a notice has been sent to the accused after contacting the accused and the police station has been called for questioning. The police has registered a case under Section 75 (1) (i) of BNS against the accused actor at Amboli station in Mumbai.
