Hosbale also targeted Congress and Rahul Gandhi for emergency without naming them. He said that the Constitution was murdered at the time of Emergency and the independence of the judiciary was abolished.

Actually the words ‘secular’ and ‘Socialist’ were included in 1976 through the 42nd amendment. During this time there was an emergency in the country. On 25 June 1975, the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi announced an emergency in the country. It was applicable for 21 March 1977 i.e. 21 months. The BJP celebrates this day as Constitution Husbandry Day.

The original preamble of the Constitution and the 42nd amendment can understand the changes made in it with the graphics below …

Hosbale said-Rahul apologizes on the exploits of the enares

Hosbale targeted the Congress and especially Rahul Gandhi without naming it. Hosbale said that more than one lakh people were imprisoned, more than 250 journalists were imprisoned, 60 lakh people were forcibly sterilized and the independence of the judiciary was abolished. If this work was done by his ancestors, then he should apologize in his name.

Both words were added through the 42nd Constitutional Amendment in 1976

In the Preamble of the Constitution, the words ‘Socialist’ (Socialist) and ‘Secular’ (secular) were added through the 42nd Constitutional Amendment in 1976. This amendment took place when the Emergency (1975–77) was in force in the country and Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister. These two words were not in the original preamble of the Constitution. After the amendment, India was called a “complete dominant socialist secular democratic Republic” in the preamble.

Socialist and secular means

Socialist (Socialist) This means that such a system in which there is economic and social equality, equal distribution of resources and the rights of the poor, weak should be protected. That is, economic and social equality will be promoted in India.

Secular (secular) This means that the state respects all religions equally, does not take the side of any one religion and ruins above religion. That is, India will be a secular nation, where all religions will have equal respect and the state will not take the favor of any one religion.
