Awadh Ojha was born on 3 July 1984 in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. His father mother Prasad Ojha was a postmaster and mother Santosh Ojha is Advocate. He is also the Senior Vice President of the Civil Bar Association. Awadh Ojha’s mother has also been the District President of the Women’s Wing of Congress from 2000 to 2005. At present, he is the senior vice president of the Civil Bar Association.

Awadh Ojha has studied 12th from Fatima Inter College located in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. After this, he turned to Prayagraj for higher education. He earned a Bachelor degree in Law from Lucknow University in the year 2000.
