Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi said that Iran is ready to resume talks with America on the basis of mutual honor. According to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), the Iranian Foreign Minister insisted, “America will have to change its behavior first and guarantee that it will not do any military attack on Iran during the conversation.”
