Hyundai Offers Discount of upto Rs 50,000 on Many Vehicles

A discount of up to Rs 50,000 is being given on select cars of South Korean automobile company Hyundai Motor. These include Alcazar, Grand i10 Nios CNG, Verna and Tucson. There is no discount on the company’s Exter compact SUV, Creta and electric vehicle Ioniq 5.

a media Report According to , the diesel variant of Hyundai’s Tucson has the maximum discount of Rs 50,000. You can get a discount of up to Rs 33,000 on the CNG variant of Grand i10 Nios. This includes a discount of Rs 20,000, exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 and corporate bonus of Rs 3,000. The price of CNG variants of Hyundai’s Aura has been reduced by Rs 33,000 and that of non-CNG variants by Rs 5,000. Exchange bonus and corporate discount are also available with this. You can get a discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 20,000 on the upgraded Verna.

A discount of Rs 15,000 and an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 is available on the MT variant of the company’s hatchback i20. Hyundai’s wholesales in January stood at 67,615 units, an increase of about 8.5 percent. In the same period last year, the company had sold 62,276 units. Hyundai’s sales in the country increased by 92 percent to 24,609 units. In the same period last year, the company had sold 12,835 units. The company’s new SUV Exter has received a strong response. More than one lakh bookings have been made for this. Hyundai Exter competes with Tata Motors’ Punch, Nissan’s Magnite, Renault’s Kiger and Maruti Suzuki’s Fronx. Some features of this micro SUV have been given for the first time in this segment. It gets six airbags, anti-lock braking system, electronic brake distribution, parking sensors, central locking, emergency stop signal and high-speed alert as standard.

Late last year, Hyundai had increased the prices of four of the six variants of the Exter by up to Rs 16,000. It was launched at a starting price of Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom). Exter has a 1.2 liter petrol engine which generates power of 83 PS and torque of 11.6 Newton meters. It also has the option of 1.2 liter bi-fuel petrol and CNG engine, it can generate power of 69 PS and torque of 95.2 Newton meters.
