Afghanistan defeated England by 8 runs in the 8th match of the Champions Trophy. At the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, the team dropped the English team from the tournament with Ibrahim Jadaran 177 runs and Ajmatullah Omarjai’s 5 wickets. England were all out for 317 runs in response to the Afghan team’s 325 runs.
