The lawyer, who is reaping the main accused in the rape case with Kolkata’s law student, has claimed a shocking claim. Aropi’s lawyer said that apart from scratch marks on Manjit Mishra’s body, marks of love bites were also found, but the prosecution did not disclose it. Manjit, an alumni leader of the Trinamool Congress, is among the three accused, who have been arrested for raping a 24 -year -old student at the Law College Campus.
Manojit’s lawyer Raju Ganguly said, “The prosecution has told you that scratch marks were found on the body of the main accused. Did he ever tell you that love bite marks were also found on Manjit Mishra’s body? If the raped, there will never be love byte marks on the body of the accused.”
This statement came after the scratch marks were found on Manjit’s body in medical-legal investigation, which indicate resistance by the rape victim.
‘Many discrepancies in the victim’s statement …’
Talking to the media, Ganguly alleged that the victim’s statement contains many discrepancies and claimed that there was a conspiracy to trap his client. He also questioned whether the victim’s mobile phone was seized and her call record was analyzed.
