The Indian Army will receive locally assembled Igla-S systems by Adeni Defense, which is part of a technology transfer agreement with RosoboronXport. The deal includes 48 launchers, 100 missiles, night-vision devices and a test station, priced at ₹ 260 crore. The purpose of this initiative is to strengthen India’s short distance air defense capabilities.
