Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bengaluru has launched its first Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) in Hindi. The title of this course is -From Theory to Practice: Implementing ESG and Sustainability in Business. This course is a great opportunity to provide better knowledge and skills in the field of sustainability and ESG to Hindi speaking people in India.
This is a 12-week course. In this, 3-credit and 30 hours online program will be hosted on SWAYAM platform. This program is starting from January 24, 2025. It will be important for interested applicants to know till when they can enroll in it. Actually, nomination for this can be done till February 28, 2025.
what is this course
According to IIM Bangalore, this MOOC course is ideal for MBA and BBA students, working professionals and executives. Its objective is to provide a deeper understanding of sustainable growth and holistic creation.
These will be the trainers
Dr. Aditya Gupta, COO of TCI-IIMB Supply Chain Sustainability Lab, is the instructor for this course. Dr. Gupta has rich corporate experience in companies such as Tata Group, TVS Group, Jindal Group, Virgin Mobile and Moser Baer. He has always promoted supply chain management and facilitated the adoption of ESG practices.
Features of this course
Students who enroll in this and complete this 12-week program before April 30, 2025, will be eligible for the examination to be held in May 2025. This course is free for everyone. However, a nominal fee has to be paid to appear in the examination and obtain the certificate.
