Apart from this, heavy snowfall has also been predicted in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh on January 5. Frost conditions will persist on the ground in different parts of the northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur.
