Public life has been badly affected due to rain across the country. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Western Uttar Pradesh, Bihar on Tuesday. Rain red alert has been issued for 14 districts of eastern Rajasthan.

Due to heavy rains, flood -like conditions have arisen in many districts including Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Jhalawar, Kota, Pali and Sirohi. Due to the warning, on July 29, schools have been discharged in 11 districts.
