Cases of corona infection have started increasing gradually across the country. In many states, the number of active cases is being seen. According to the latest data released by the Health Department, new patients have emerged in many states including Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.

There are currently a total of 102 active corona cases in Haryana. Till a day earlier this figure was 87, that is, an increase in infection has been recorded. Most of the cases have come up from Gurugram district.

183 new infected in Gujarat, active case increased to 822

In Gujarat, 183 new cases of Corona have come up, due to which the number of active cases in the state has increased to 822. Of these, 793 patients are in home isolation while 29 are being treated in hospitals. It is a matter of relief that today 78 patients have also become healthy.

86 new cases in Maharashtra, 595 active patients

Today, 86 new positive patients of Korona have emerged in Maharashtra. There are currently 595 active cases in the state. At the same time, 749 patients have recovered recovery from the infection and recorded recovery.

3 new patients in Uttarakhand, only 9 active cases remaining

In Uttarakhand, 3 new Corona patients have been confirmed today. There are only 9 active cases in the state at this time, whereas today 17 people have recovered. The total number of cases is 26, out of which 7 were migrant patients and all have been completely cured.

622 active cases in West Bengal, no death

There are currently 622 active cases in West Bengal. In the last 24 hours, 26 new cases have been reported while 88 patients have returned home after getting healthy. No death has been recorded in the state so far. In this regard, former Nodal Officer Dr. Sion Mishra said that “This is Omikron’s mooded variant, which spreads rapidly but not causing a more serious illness. There is no need to panic, wearing masks, staying in isolation for five days and general precautions are sufficient.”

Two more patients died in Karnataka

Two more deaths from Kovid were recorded in Karnataka on Saturday, due to which the total death toll in the state has increased to nine. According to the Health Department, 46 -year -old man from Ballari in Bengaluru and 78 -year -old Belgavi, who was admitted due to severe respiratory infection, died on 5 June. The covid report of both came positive. On Saturday, 57 new cases were reported in the state, due to which the total number of infected in the year 2025 has increased to 894.
