New Delhi. The fourth match of the 5-match Border Gavaskar Trophy between India and Australia is at an exciting turn. There is tremendous competition between the bat and ball between the two teams. In reply to Australia’s 474 runs in the first innings, India scored 369 runs on the basis of Nitish Reddy’s century. In the second innings, Australia had lost 9 wickets for 228 runs and had a lead of 333 runs. In the fourth day’s play, Marnus Labuschagne’s catch was dropped by Yashasvi Jaiswal, seeing which captain Rohit Sharma got upset.
Australia’s batting, which came to bat in the second innings, was quite ordinary and at one point 6 wickets had fallen for 99 runs. India had a very good chance to make a comeback in the match. Jasprit Bumrah and Siraj played an important role in the team’s comeback by destroying Australia’s top order.
