England captain Ben Stokes will not play the last Test against India. His right shoulder is hurt. The English captain looked upset on the fourth day of the Manchester Test.
ECB released the playing-11 on Wednesday informing about the injury of Stokes. The board said that spinners Liam Dion, Jofra Archer and Bridan Cars will also not be part of the match going to start from 31 July at the Oval ground in London.
Oli Pope will captain England
According to the playing-11 issued by ECB, Oli Pope will captain the English team. Pop scored a century in the first innings of the Leeds Test against India. He scored 71 runs for England in the Manchester Test.
