BCCI said that this decision has been taken after discussions between the two boards. The series of ODI and T20 matches between India and Bangladesh was to be played from 17 August 2025. Team India is currently on a tour of England where it is playing with the 5 -match Test series hosts. The Indian team’s tour of England will run till August 4. After this, India had to visit Bangladesh. The series was to begin between India and Bangladesh from 17 August. According to the scheduled schedule, India was proposed to have three ODIs and 3 T20 matches against Bangladesh.
