India bolivia relations: Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar met South American country Bolivia Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda on Thursday (20 March). In this meeting, there was a detailed discussion between the two countries about bilateral cooperation. While sharing the information on the social media platform X, Jaishankar said that this conversation is an important step towards further strengthening the mutual relations between the two countries.
External Affairs Minister Jaishankar wrote in his post, ‘Recently the inauguration of our new embassy in La Paj reflects our resolve to deepen the INBO partnership. Today, the signing of the agreement on quick impact projects is another step in that direction. This clearly shows that emphasis is being laid on increasing economic and strategic cooperation between India and Bolivia.

International participation in Raisina dialogue
Apart from the Foreign Minister of Bolivia, top officials of Hungary, Norway and International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also reached Delhi to participate in Raisina Dialogue 2025. The conference was organized by the Ministry of External Affairs and Observer Research Foundation from 17-19 March.
Jaishankar discusses India-EU partnership
External Affairs Minister Jaishankar also held important meetings with the foreign ministers of Nepal, Thailand, Luxembourg, Latvia and Maldives. He discussed the United Nations Reforms and India-European Union partnership with Luxembourg Deputy Prime Minister Xavier Betail while the Foreign Minister of the Philippines had talks about connectivity, maritime cooperation and basic infrastructure. The progress of India-Maldive relations with the Foreign Minister of Maldives was discussed.
