The discussion of re -activating the tripartite organization (RIC) between India, China and Russia has started. Russia has taken the initiative to revive this organization and China has immediately agreed to it. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister R De Rudenco has said that talks are going on with India and China to resume RIC.
