In the recent four -day military conflict between India and Pakistan, India gained a “clean lead” in targeting Pakistan’s military bases and airbase. This claim has been made in a report by the prestigious American newspaper New York Times, which has been prepared on the basis of high-resolution satellite photographs.

According to the report, India’s attacks were quite effective and better. The attacks by India have “clearly damaged” the military facilities of Pakistan. This struggle between the two countries was the largest in the last fifty years, in which drones and missiles were widely used.

India dominated- report

The New York Times has written that satellite photographs clearly show that even though the two sides claimed to have caused serious damage to each other, the real and major losses have been transported to Pakistan by India.

The report said that in this era of modern war system and accurate weapons, both countries strategically carried out their attacks, but India, especially targeted the capabilities and airfields of Pakistan’s Air Force.

Attack on Bholari airbase
One of the most important attacks was an attack on Bholari Air Base near Karachi, where the pictures obtained from the satellite are clearly visible to the aircraft hanger. India targeted the aircraft hanger on the Bholari airbase, about 100 miles from Karachi, Pakistan.

Noor Khan Airbase: Most Sensitive Goals
According to the report, India’s most sensitive attack was on Noor Khan airbase, which is located near Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan and is close to the army headquarters and the Prime Minister’s Office. This unit sees the security of nuclear weapons of Pakistan. The facilities here were damaged by India with accurate weapons.

Sargodha and Rahim Yar Khan attack on airbase
India also claimed that it had targeted major airports of Pakistan, including the runway section of Rahim Yar Khan and Sargodha Base. The satellite image supported these claims, showing the affected infrastructure.

Two runway strips of Pakistan’s Sargodha Airbase were also targeted by the Indian Army with accurate weapons. At the same time, Pakistan itself issued a notice in Rahim Yar Khan that the runway is now “no operation”. Apart from this, the radar system at Pasroor and Sialkot Aviation Base was also targeted, causing a big loss to the Pakistan Air Force.

Pakistan’s claim proved hollow
Pakistani officials claimed that they “completely destroyed” Udhampur Airbase of India, but the May 12 satellite photos do not confirm the claim and the airbase is shown without any damage.

Operation vermilion
After 26 people were killed in a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April, India attacked Pakistan’s terrorist bases under Operation Sindoor on the morning of 7 May and demolished 9 terrorist hideouts. After this, Pakistan tried to retaliate on India’s military bases from 8 to 10 May, but the Indian Army attacked hideouts like Rafiki, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Chuniya in retaliation.

Consent on ceasefire on 10 May
After this intense drone and missile struggle that lasted for four days, the ceasefire between India and Pakistan agreed on May 10.
