Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday (April 5, 2025) from Karwar naval base in Karnataka Indian Ocean Ships & Lsquo; Sagar & rsquo; Flied the green signal and said that the biggest purpose of India is to ensure free shipping, rules based system and peace in the Indian Ocean Region (IOR).
