Prior to Modi’s visit, India’s most wanted terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has released a video. In the video, the terrorists have lured the officials of security agencies to settle in the US.

Pannu said in the video that Narendra Modi is coming to Washington DC to meet President Donald Trump. Those intelligence officers in this diplomatic mission and agencies like RAW, IB should cooperate with the US government.
The terrorist said that all the names of Khalistanis have been written in the list of Modi government, which they want to kill, their list should be handed over to the US government.
The terrorist lured the agency officials that Sikh for Justice had a safety fund of 10 lakhs. Whatever Raw or IB officer will give evidence against Modi, we will give him protection. We will give him a new identity in America. We will take action against Modi in America according to international law.

Who is Gurpatwant Singh Pannu?
- Gurpatwant Singh Pannu is originally from Khankot, Punjab. He currently lives in America and runs an organization called Sikh for Justice. He has citizenship of both America and Canada.
- In 2019, the Government of India banned Pannu’s organization SFJ under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act i.e. UAPA on charges of running terrorist activities. SFJ was supporting separatism and extremist ideology in Punjab under the guise of referendum for Sikhs.
- Pannu was accused of promoting separatism in the year 2020 and encouraging Punjabi Sikh youth to take up arms. After this, the Central Government declared Pannu as a terrorist under UAPA on 1 July 2020. According to media reports, this was the main target of this alleged conspiracy. However, it is not mentioned in the FBI charge sheet.
America accused India of conspiring to assassinate Pannu
Last year, the US alleged that the former Indian official had conspired to assassinate Pannu in New York. The hire shooter was hiring for this. Along with this, the US also accused the former Indian official of money laundering.
The US court had accused 2 people in the case. It consisted of Nikhil Gupta and a man named CC1. The US intelligence agency FBI described CC1 as Vikas Yadav. A photo was also released in his Indian Army uniform. The FBI says that Vikas was associated with the Indian Intelligence Agency RAW.
