Ministry of Defense said that India has Earth-2 And Agni-2 Short range ballistic missiles have been tested, both missiles Test fire were completely successful. These tests were conducted from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Chandipur, Odisha. Both missile tests have been under the supervision of Strategic Forces Command (SFC).

Akash Prime tested in Ladakh

This is the second important successful test in 24 hours. Earlier on Wednesday, India achieved a major achievement in the mission to improve its air defense system. On Wednesday, the Indian Army successfully tested the ‘Akash Prime’ air defense system in Ladakh sector at a height of about 15,000 feet. This air defense system has developed indigenously by India. In this way India did a total of three successful tests.

What is the specialty of Agni-1 and Prithvi-2

If we talk about the strength of Agni-1, then it comes with a range of 1200 km. Its speed is around 9000 kilometers per hour. Talking about Prithvi-2, it is capable of targeting an accurate target of up to 350 kilometers. It runs on liquid fuel.

Indian Army will soon get ‘Akash Prime’

The successful test of ‘Akash Prime’ Air Defense System was done in the presence of senior officers of the Army’s Air Defense Wing. DRDO has developed this air defense system. The Akash Prime system will be included in the third and fourth ‘Akash Regiment’ of the Indian Army. During the ‘Operation Sindoor’, India’s air defense system played an important role in thwarting aerial attacks carried out by Chinese fighter jets and Turkish drones of the Pakistani Army.

What is the quality of Akash Prime

Akash Prime is an upgraded version of the Akash system, which is made keeping in mind the need of the Indian Army. It can penetrate the targets ranging from 30 to 35 kilometers. Akash Prime is effective from 18 to 20 kilometers. It is capable of killing fighter aircraft and cruise missiles as well as drones.
