In October last year, the Cabinet Committee on Security Affairs, headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved Rs 26,968 crore for this. Under this scheme, ISRO will create and launch 21 satellites, while three Indian private companies will prepare 31 satellites.

China-Pakistan border will be monitored

These satellites will be deployed in low-end orbit and geostationary orbit. The first satellite will be launched in April 2026. According to the Times of India report, efforts are being made to reduce its time limit further. All this is being done under the third phase of space-based surveillance (SBS-3).

The main goal of SBS-3 is to monitor more and more areas of China and Pakistan. With this, the area of ​​the Indian Ocean will also be monitored. All these satellite will continue to send messages and messages from there to become the eye of India. Apart from this, the Indian Air Force is also preparing for three high ultiteted playform systems aircraft.

India’s military strength will be stronger

According to the report, an official said that the sooner we establish these 52 satellites in space, the sooner our security will be stronger. In the last few years, China has greatly increased its strength in space.

China had only 36 military satellites till 2010, while today it has more than 1000 satellites. Out of this, more than 360 satellites are for monitoring (ISR) works. He also has anti-satellite missiles, co-arbitration satellites, electronic warfare systems and laser.
