Fighter jet crash: Audio of one of the injured pilots of the Mirage-20 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force, who crashed in the field on Thursday (February 6) in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh, has surfaced. The pilot spoke to an officer of Gwalior Airbase, groaning in pain after the accident. This conversation could be held through a villager’s mobile phone.
The audio-video of a pilot recorded by a person at the accident site near Barheta Sunari village is now going viral on social media. In the video, the pilot can be heard saying, ‘I am speaking Joshi, Jadhav. I have come out of the plane. I am somewhere in the south of the river. My plane has crashed. I have a naive sir with me. I will send you my coordinates. My place is 2542. The aircraft is burning and can be seen from above. Bhola sir is about one km away from me. I am probably west of the aircraft. Bhola sir is probably in the east of the aircraft.
Asked the villagers to locate co -pilot
Airforce pilots are also seen asking the villagers around them to keep quiet so that they can talk to the officer without any interruption. After the conversation, the pilot gave a call to a villager sitting nearby. When the villagers offered medical help to the pilot groaning in pain, they told that a vehicle was coming to take him to the hospital. After this, the pilot asked the villagers to find out about their co-pilot.
Accident caused by system malfunction
The defense spokesman said that the Mirage-20,000 fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crashed in a field of crops standing in the afternoon. A spokesperson for the Central Air Command said that the two -seat training aircraft on a regular flight was hit by the fire after crashing at around 2.40 pm. The fighter aircraft took off from Gwalior Airbase. Officials said that both the pilots on the aircraft went out safely, but they suffered injuries and were taken by helicopter to Gwalior.
The spokesman said that the pilots have been admitted to a hospital in Gwalior. The Indian Air Force said in a post on the social media platform X that the fighter aircraft crashed after the system failed. It said, “An inquiry has been ordered to find out the cause of the accident.”
