Jammu and kashmir: In Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, on Saturday (February 8), Indian soldiers, who were patrolling near the Line of Control (LOC), were fired from the Pakistani region. According to security officials, Indian soldiers immediately retaliated, causing the attackers to back out. Although there has been no information about any loss in this incident, the army has been instructed to be vigilant.
Security officials said the firing was done from Pakistani outpost ‘Tatiq-I’ and ‘Jabran FWD (GF-9838)’. At that time Indian soldiers were patrolling near their posts. The Indian Army also retaliated which led to the control of the situation.
Strict vigil on LoC to prevent infiltration
Indian intelligence agencies claim that Pakistan has kept around 80 to 100 terrorists ready on the Line of Control on the launch pad so that terrorist attacks can be carried out in Jammu and Kashmir during summer. Army and security agencies have been placed on high alert to immediately thwart any infiltration attempt.
Defense Minister warning – Pakistan will get severe punishment
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh recently gave a strong warning to Pakistan at a ex -servicemen rally in Akhnoor. He had said that if Pakistan does not eliminate terrorist camps and launch pads in POK, then it would have to face serious consequences. It also said that the Indian Army is fully ready to deal with every situation and no compromise will be made with the security of the country. Addressing the ex -servicemen, he assured that India will take every necessary steps to protect its borders.
