The case was heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday. Malaviya said in the court that he would publish an apology on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms to form an indecent satirical portrait of RSS and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Advocate Vrinda Grover, who is advocating for Malaviya, put the side of Malaviya before the double bench of the Supreme Court. The case is being heard by the Supreme Court Justice Arvind Kumar and Justice NV Anjaria. The bench extended interim security to Malaviya from arrest till the next hearing.

This cartoon will be removed from all social media platforms.
