The assembly elections (Delhi Assembly Election 2025) are to be held on 5 February 2025 in Delhi. The Election Officer of Delhi has directed schools to take out a Prabhat rally. Students will take a rally in the streets around the school with a banner in hand and take out a rally. The officer has called it ‘Prabhat Rally’. Along with this, the schools of Delhi have also been told the day and time of taking out the Prabhat rally.
The District Election Officer Office of the South West District of Delhi Government has sent a notice to the Deputy Director of South West Delhi (Najafgarh) and West Delhi (Vikaspuri). He has been instructed to organize ‘Prabhat Rally’ with students in various schools under his jurisdiction.
Necessary instructions regarding Prabhat rally process
- Each school will organize a Prabhat rally on the scheduled date and time.
- Students will report in their respective schools, where banners and posters will be provided to them.
- The banners used during the rally will be the same.
- Students will participate in the rally from the nearest colonies of their respective schools.
- During the rally, students will be with their teachers and will raise slogans to encourage local residents to vote.
Prabhat rally date and time
According to the official notice, the Prabhat rally will start on 3 February 2025 at 9 am. It is written in the notice, ‘As you know, Delhi Assembly Elections – 2025 is scheduled on February 5, 2025. To make the general public aware and to make them votes in Delhi, I have been instructed to request you to organize a Prabhat rally of students in various schools under your jurisdiction.
