China has invited to join the International Organization for Mediation (Iomed). Recently, a global organization named Iomed was established by China. The purpose of which is to resolve disputes around the world peacefully.
What has happened so far?
China established this organization in Hong Kong. So far 33 countries have signed the agreement at the inauguration of the organization. This country has now become the founding member of the organization. However, the list of who are in the 33 country was not released.
Pakistan joined this organization, a close aide of China. Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar made attendance at the inauguration ceremony of the organization in Hong Kong.
Invitation to Nepal
China has now invited Nepal to join this organization. Nepal’s Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba attended the inauguration ceremony of the organization in Hong Kong. However, Nepal did not join this organization.

What happened in China-Nepal meeting?
Nepal’s Foreign Minister Deuba and China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi met. During this, Wang Yi has said that China gives Nepal an important place in its neighboring diplomacy. At the same time, Nepal’s Foreign Minister congratulated for the successful organization in Hong Kong.
What is China’s strategy?
China wants to increase its penetration in the continent of Asia. In this organization, China wants countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka besides Pakistan.
