What are 7 chops?

1. Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra)
The red colored muladhara cycle is just below the spinal cord in the body. When this cycle remains balance, you feel stable in life.

2. Sacral Chakra
The second chakra is Sacral, which is above the Muladhara Chakra and under the Manipur Chakra. In easy language, it is in the lower abdomen in your body. The water element of your body is attached to this orange colored chop.

3. Manipur Chakra (Solar Please Chakra)
The yellow colored Manipur Chakra is near your navel. It gives confidence in your life, with the help of which you can manage it confidently and can control every situation.

4. Anahat Chakra (Heart Chakra)
The Anahata Chakra is present in the chest just above the heart. It acts as a bridge between the bottom cycles in the body and the top cycles. The color of this chronic is green or pink and this cycle affects our ability to understand others and give them love.

5. Throat Chakra

1. For Muladhara Chakra
To activate this cycle, any posture should be done, which activates the muscles of the waist part. To open the Muladhara Chakra, you should do asanas like warrior pose, tree pose, uplifted lateral angushnasana.

2. For Sacral Chik
When it comes to the Sacraral Chakra, one should do such a posture, which effects the part between the ENS and the navel. To open it, chair pose, padhstasana and padangushthasan should be done.

3. For Manipur Chakra
All core strength pose to open the Manipur Chakra is very good such as boat pose, crane poses, Shalabhasana, Puvitansana, Paschimottanasana, Tolangulasana, Planck, Side Planck and Mayurasan.

4. For the Anahata Chakra
All the yoga asanas in which the back are bowed are good to open the Anahata Chakra. These include cobra asana, Ustrasana or camel posture, Dhanush Asana, Chakrasana or Chakra Asana.

5. For pure cycle
To activate the Vishuddhi Chakra, all the postures that pull the neck prove to be good. These asanas include Halasan, Sarvangasana and Matasisan.
