The Vedas mention Dwadash Aditya who is the son of Dev Mata Aditi. Vivaswan is the eldest of them, which is called Surya. Apart from this, he is also named Mitra, Ravi, Bhanu, Khagaya, Push, Aditya, Bhaskar. Mantras have been made on the basis of these names. The yoga method of Surya Namaskar is based on mantra. These are powerful and special heritage of 13 mantras. In these mantras, he is requested to be given a salutation through the synonyms of the Sun. All these 13 mantras are pronounced one by one and then do the posture style of 12 different situations. The Sun has to be bowed down in 12 situations by speaking a mantra.

Om Mitraya Namah – Sun is the basis of energy, so they are friends for organisms.
Om Ravi Namah – Surya is also a name Ravi. This means that I greet Ravi.
Om Surya Namah – This is the best name. This means I greet the sun

Om Bhanve Namah – One name of the Sun is Bhanu, he is called Bhanu due to being superior to Bhuvan.
Om Khagay Namah – He is also a bird form due to wandering in the sky like birds. Khag means bird.
Om Pushsee Namah – Call the Sun with this name.

Om Hiranyagarbhaya Namah – Hirani’s fetus is golden color. Due to its aura in the Sun, he is called Hiranyagarbha.
Om Marichaye Namah – Suryadev is also called Marichi due to Marichi being born in the family.

Om Adityaye Namah – Aditi and Rishi Kashyap are his parents. Being the son of Aditi, Surya Dev was called Aditya.

Om Savitre Namah – Due to the symbol of positivity, she is called Savita Dev.
Om Arakai Namah – The sun is strong in all medicines and booties. Ras is called extract, so Sun God is called Arakai.
Om Bhasaraya Namah – There is also a name for Sun Dev Bhaskar.
Om Shri Sri Sara Suryanarayanay Namah– This is the completion mantra of Surya Namaskar. In which he has been described as Narayan Swaroop.

How to do Surya Namaskar

First of all, stand up straight by adding both hands. While breathing, adjacent to both your hands upwards with the ears and stretch the body backwards. While taking out the breath and keeping the hands straight, bend forward and touch the hands with the right-left ground of the feet. Keep in mind here that during this time the knees should be straight. While breathing, move the right leg backwards and tilt the neck backwards. Stop for some time in this situation. Now, while exhaling, take the left leg back and stretch the body backwards by mixing both legs.
Come down and lie down while breathing.

Raise the upper part of the body and stretch the entire body backwards while putting the neck backwards and stop for a few seconds. Now lift the back upwards and tilt the head. Apply the heel from the ground. Adopt the fourth process again, but for this, bring the right leg forward and stretch the neck backwards. Bring the left leg back and keep it in the third position by keeping the right equal to the right, that is, while keeping the knees straight, touch the right-left ground of the feet. While breathing, rise up both hands with the ears and stretch backwards and then come to another stage. Again come to the first position, that is, stand up directly with both hands.

The above twelve conditions of Surya Namaskar make our body healthy by removing the malformations of the entire organs. This entire process is very beneficial. The pain of its practitioners is removed and strength comes in them. The muscles of the neck, lungs and ribs become strong, the body becomes light and the body becomes light.
