ISRO Chief V Narayanan arrived at the convocation of Osmania University in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
ISRO is preparing to make one of the world’s largest rockets. ISRO Chief V Narayanan said at the convocation of Osmania University in Hyderabad on Tuesday that the Space Agency is building a 40 -storey building as high as a rocket. This rocket will be able to carry 75,000 kg i.e. 75 tonnes weight in low meaning orbit.
Narayanan said that India’s first rocket, built by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, was 17 tonnes and could carry only 35 kg of weight. Today ISRO has made such a big jump. They told,
This year ISRO will complete several important projects, including the US-weighing communication satellite with Indian rocket, N1 rocket, navigation with Indian Constitution (NAVIC) satellite and GSAT-7 R. The GSAT-7 R will be a special military satellite for the Navy, which will change the existing GSAT-7 (Rukmini).
Narayanan said that according to the advice of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will soon form a team of 40-50 astronauts, which will lead the future missions. At the ceremony, Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Verma gave him the title of honorary doctorate of science.
Narayanan said- Shubhanshu’s successful mission will help India’s space program
Narayanan also mentioned Shubhanshu Shukla’s recent space trip. Shukla has returned safely after a 20 -day mission. This experience will help in furthering the space project. Narayanan said that a leakage was caught before the launch of this space mission, otherwise the mission could have failed.
India has sent 133+ satellites space so far
Narayanan said that today India is among the leading space forces of the world. More than 4,000 rockets have been launched so far. Aryabhatta started in 1975 and now more than 133 satellites have been sent, including GSAT-11 weighing 6,000 kg.
India to reach the first attempt on Mars
Narayanan said that India is the first country to succeed in reaching Mars in the first attempt and created history by launching 104 satellites with a single rocket. Recently India has studied the Sun from the Aditya-L1 mission and has collected 20 terabit data. This work has only 4 countries capacity and India is one of them.
