Pakistani Terrorist Killed in J&K: Despite the economic crisis in the country, the Pakistani Army is fully supporting the terrorist structure. The reason behind this is that 60 percent of the terrorists killed by the Indian Army and security forces in Jammu and Kashmir this year were Pakistanis.
According to ANI report, Indian Army officials said that local recruitment of terrorists in Pakistan sponsored terrorist groups has reduced very much. This year only four local people have joined these groups.
75 terrorists killed
The Army officer said that in various encounters and operations, the security forces have been able to eliminate about 75 terrorists in different areas of the state including Jammu region and Kashmir Valley. Apart from this, the army has also caught the terrorists in the firing during infiltration attempts by the terrorists on the Line of Control. Pakistan, which is seen as one of the biggest centers of exporting terrorists across the world, especially to India.
Activities of Pakistani terrorists are being curbed
Islamabad has tried to promote terrorism in the Jammu region since last year, but the activities of Pakistani terrorists in the Jammu region, including Rajouri, Poonch, Doda, Kishtwar, Kathua and Reasi districts, are being curbed. For this, additional troops are being deployed and the void created after the withdrawal of the uniform force of Rashtriya Rifles for deployment on the China border is being filled.
What are the security forces focusing on?
Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General MV Suchendra Kumar are focusing on eliminating terrorists from the area looked after by the force’s White Knight Corps.
