Jammu kashmir news: The Indian Army killed the terrorists infiltrating into the area of Jammu and Kashmir. This incident took place in the Krishna Valley sector of Poonch district. The army killed 7 intruders on the Line of Control on the night of 4-5 February, including 2 to 3 Pakistani Army.
Preparations were for attack with Pakistani army
According to the report of India Today, these intruders wanted to ambush the Indian security forces together with the Pakistani Border Action Team (BAT). The Pakistani Border Action Team has also attacked the Indian Army in the past. This incident took place at a time when Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said earlier this week that he wants to resolve all issues including Kashmir with India through dialogue.
Terrorists of al-Badar organization were also killed
According to the report, the terrorists of panic organization Al-Badar are also included in the slain intruders. At a rally on 5 February 2025 in Lahore, Talha Saeed, son of terrorist Hafiz Saeed, made a provocative statement against India. He had said many things including liberating Kashmir. Union Home Minister Amit Shah had directed all security agencies to intensify the fight against terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday (February 5) to achieve the goal of zero infiltration.

Home Minister Amit Shah had directed all security agencies to infiltrate and strict action on terrorist acts, saying that the existence of terrorists would have to be uprooted. He had said that the network of drug trafficking is helping intruders and terrorists to carry out their activities.
The meeting was attended by Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan, Director of Intelligence Bureau, Tapan Deka, Director General of Police (DGP) Nalin Prabhat, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and other top military, police and civilian officers.
