A sensational case of marrying a Hindu girl has come to light in Sahibganj, Jharkhand. On the complaint, the police arrested Feroz, the accused youth who married a Hindu girl and sent him to jail. In fact, Mohammad Feroz of Mufassil police station area of ​​Sahibganj married a girl from Katihar in Bihar after a love affair. The accused had called his name Mithun. Feroz’s first wife Nikhat Parveen revealed her husband’s handiwork and told the police the truth of her husband.
Sahibganj Sadar SDPO Kishore Tirkey said that Feroz, a resident of Mahadevganj, became Mithun Kumar Rajvanshi and contacted a girl from Katihar through social media. Feroze was already married. He described himself as a CRPF jawan and brought the girl to Sahibganj here on the pretext of marriage. His first wife Nikhat Parveen grabbed her husband and girl from the North Colony and handed over to the city police station.
The police registered a case against the youth under Section 87/60, 10, Case No 18/25 of Bhadansan in the city police station. After this he was produced in court, from where the court has been sent to jail in judicial custody by the court. The girl’s statement is being recorded in the court. The police have registered a case against Feroz to hide their real identity, seduce the girl with cunning and deceit, in which there is a 10-year-old imprisonment and non-bailable offense under BNS.
