The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has intensified its investigation in the investigation of the recent terrorist attack in Basaron Valley of Pahalgam. According to sources, the NIA has identified more than 20 over ground workers (OGWS), who are being questioned.

Both these OGWS were arrested in 2023 for helping terrorists in the terrorist attacks on the army convoy in 2023 and Totagali. According to sources, the terrorist networks involved in the attacks of Rajouri-Puntha and Pahalgam may be connected or they may be connected to the same terrorist module from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK).

According to the source of investigating agencies, the tower location and call details of various mobile phones, which have been active in the 20 km radius adjacent to Pahalgam, Basaron Valley and around it, are also being investigated so that the movement and contact and contacts of the terrorists can be detected.
