Describing these incidents as very serious, he criticized the policies of the BJP government.

Modi government accused of anti-constitutional mentality

Kharge alleged that anti-constitutional mentality is becoming stronger under the Modi government. He said that a crime is being committed every hour against Dalits, tribals, backward and minority classes. According to NCRB data, crimes against these sections have doubled since 2014. The government’s silence and neglect regarding these crimes is questionable.

Congress’s mission for the rights of 140 crore Indians

Mallikarjun Kharge reiterated the resolve of the Congress Party that it will protect the constitutional rights of 140 crore Indians and take all possible steps to prevent their violation. He also made it clear that Congress will continuously oppose the anti-constitutional mentality of BJP and RSS and will continue to raise voice against them. Kharge appealed to the government to protect the rights of the deprived sections and ensure that there is no discrimination or oppression against them.
