SP Aastha Modi said that the team came to Kaithal to investigate the case. The accused was questioned about the case and facts were collected. On the other hand, SIT has been formed on the matter.
It has been chaired by DSP Gurvinder Singh. The SIT consists of cyber station in -charge Sub Inspector Subrashnshu, Inspector Sahil Kumar of Civil Line Police Station and Special Detective Unit Incharge Sub Inspector Ramesh Kumar. The team is also investigating the bank accounts of the accused.

The young man got greed and started sending information related to the army. The police arrested the young man by registering a case at Guhla police station in Kaithal after putting a photo on social media with weapons. However, interrogation revealed that he was spying for Pakistan.
Initial investigation revealed that he had sent information and photo of Patiala Cantt area to ISI agents so far. He then deleted the data from mobile. The police is now trying to recover information about his bank accounts and deleted data.
The accused is a student of MA First Year Political Science. He was living on rent in Patiala itself. He must have received a hefty amount in lieu of espionage, so the police is extracting information about the account of him and his family. He is a middle class family boy. She has parents and younger sister. Sister is studying 12th. Father is a farmer.
