She also came to visit Dharamshala and died on the spot after falling from the height due to the failure of Harnes during the flight.

Apart from this, in 2021, there was an accident with another tourist on Indrunag site, in which he was seriously injured. Many reasons such as ignoring safety standards, non -examination of equipment and lack of trained pilots have been causing these accidents.

Local citizens and tourist experts say that despite the accidents one after the other, neither the administration nor the tourism department has taken any concrete steps regarding security standards. Currently the police have registered a case and the paragliding agency is going on. The administration has ordered an inquiry into the accident.
