Pakistani hindus: Ram Nath Mishra, the chief priest of the largest Hanuman temple in Karachi, Pakistan, said on Wednesday (February 19, 2025) that the Pakistan Army has always supported Hindus against extremist organizations in the country.

Ram Nath Mishra, who visited Ayodhya, recalled the struggle against encroachment on the land of Panchmukhi Hanuman temple in Karachi and said that at the time of India’s partition, originally spread over 25 thousand square feet, encroachment on most parts of the land of this temple spread over 25 thousand square feet Was done, but in 2018, the encroachment was removed due to a historic decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Ram Nath Mishra told the news agency PTI-Bhasha, ‘We fought a long battle for the land of our temple. Many radical organizations opposed us but we approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan and demanded to return all the land with us before the partition.

Ram Nath Mishra said, “The Supreme Court ruled in our favor and this decision was rapidly implemented against jihadi organizations with full support of the Pakistan Army and the government.” He said that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has also ruled for all Hindu temples. The court has ordered all the worship places and properties related to the minority community to be freed and handed over to the minorities.

Ram Nath Mishra said, “We have appealed to the Government of Pakistan to develop the temple as a grand structure, so that tourists from all over the world are attracted and Pakistan’s economy will benefit.” Referring to the mutual relations between India and Pakistan, priest Ram Nath Mishra emphasized the need to make visa restrictions easier.

He said, ‘People from both sides want to maintain friendly relations. Pakistani Hindus want to go on a Char Dham Yatra of India under my leadership, while Indian Hindus in Pakistan, such as Gorakhnath Temple in Peshawar, Shiva Temple in Chitti Hatti, Panch Mukhi Hanuman Temple in Karachi and Krishna Temple in Islamabad Want to see.
