The doors of Baba Kedarnath Dham will open at 7.00 am on May 2.
Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand has started. The doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham have opened on 30 April (Akshaya Tritiya). The doors of Kedarnath Dham will open on 2 May. Flowers have been ordered from 8 states and 3 countries The historical decoration of the Kedarnath temple has been done by 220 Shiva devotees of ‘Shivji’s Yatra Group’ of Vadodara. Suezal Vyas of the group said that the Kedarnath temple is decorated with a total of 45 different types of flowers. 10 thousand kg of flowers have been used in it. These flowers have been ordered from 8 states and 3 countries. 50 artisans of Kolkata have also been called for the temple adornment.
The doors will open at 7 am in auspicious time The doors of Baba Kedarnath Dham will open on May 2 at the auspicious time of Vaishakh month at around 7 am. After this, devotees will be able to see Baba Kedarnath here for 6 months. After the opening of Kedarnath Dham, the Chardham Yatra will start fully with the opening of the doors of Badrinath Dham on 4 May.
At the same time, even though the doors of Kedarnath Dham will open on May 2, the Panchmukhi Doli Yatra of God has started from April 28. The Doli Yatra begins with the Omkareshwar temple in Ukhimath. On May 1, the yatra will reach Kedarnath Dham from Gaurikund via Jungle Chhatti, Bhimbali, Rambada and Rudra Point. If the weather is correct between June and August, then this time more than 25 lakh people are expected to reach Kedarnath Dham.
