Congress on Tuesday regarding the controversial statement of Maharashtra Government Minister Nitish Rane. Party’s Organization General Secretary KC Venugopal also claimed that Kerala has not accepted BJP till date and will never accept it. Maharashtra minister and BJP leader Nitish Rane, while addressing a rally in Purandar tehsil of Pune district on Sunday, had alleged, ‘Kerala is mini Pakistan. Terrorists (first) voted for Rahul Gandhi and now have voted for his sister Priyanka Gandhi.’
Venugopal started social media platform X But he posted and said, ‘BJP from time to time puts forward its hate-mongering leaders to spew venom against Kerala. The use of words like Mini Pakistan shows how deep animosity he has towards the people of Kerala. He said that Kerala is a model state for the entire world which has consistently topped the Human Development Index, especially in education, health care and overall living standards and for millennia Kerala has been a symbol of communal harmony and brotherhood among all religions and sects. .
KC Venugopal claimed that using derogatory language for the land of Sree Narayana Guru, Chattambi Swamikal and Mahatma Ayyankali, who advocated egalitarianism, inclusivity and social justice, is a symbol of how the BJP treats its own countrymen. It has a feeling of neglect.
He said, ‘If Prime Minister Modi is even a little embarrassed by Rane’s statement then he should ensure the immediate dismissal of Rane.’ The Congress leader said that the people of Kerala have rejected BJP and they will never accept it because it does not understand the beauty of the harmonious environment of this state.
