India’s ‘Silicon City’ Bruhat Bangalore Metropolitan Municipality (BBMP) in Bangalore has launched a unique scheme to feed more than 5,000 street dogs of the city daily. The name of this scheme is- Chicken Rice Bhagya Yojana, for which BBMP has released Rs 2.88 crore. Through this, street dogs will get healthy food in 8 zones of the city.
Why was this plan started? This scheme is important because Bangalore has recorded 13,748 dog bites in the last six months. Experts say that due to hunger, the agration in dogs increases. Therefore, BBMP has launched this new initiative to take care of 2.79 lakh street dogs of the city under the Department of Animal Welfare and Health.
This scheme will not only improve the health of the dogs, but will also increase the security of the community by being calm. Each dog will be given 367 grams of chicken rice daily, the cost will come ₹ 22 on a dog. The scheme is part of the ‘Kukkur Tihar Abhiyan’, which was launched as a pilot project on 17 October 2024 last year.
You must have seen people depositing ration or needs in the house for difficult time. But 31 -year -old Shahzad Kiyani in Britain has been preparing for the world war since the age of 12. Shahzad has been collecting goods needed during his World War for the last 19 years. He believes that by 2030, there may be a major crisis in the world.
Shahzad got this inspiration by watching the famous Survival Expert Bare Grills show ‘Man Verses Wild’. In childhood, he became interested in preparing for survival. He started with fire burning things, knives and long -lasting food items.
Now ‘6 months ration’ deposited in the entire room, weapon also Shahzad realized one day that there is more possibility of incidents like natural disaster, epidemic or power failure than survival in the forest. After this, he started preparations for every way disaster.
He slowly started collecting goods for years, and now an entire room in his house is full of this stuff. Its price is more than ₹ 22 lakhs. Shahzad has emergency tents, blankets to food, stoves, flashlight and even weapons. They guess that they can live for more than 6 months with four members.
The US Danver Museum of Nature and Science, which is known for the dinosaur display. Now the dinosaur bone has been found under the parking of this museum, that too go to more than 750 feet deep. Actually scientists were drilling for temperature studies inside the earth, when they got a dinosaur bone. Museum Curator of Geology James Hagodorn says that the dinosaur bone in a bore hole is like killing golf in one forest from the moon.

Vegetarian dinosaurs of 6.75 million years ago
It is believed that this bone is the spinal cord of a small vegetarian dinosaur, which lived in the late Critesius period about 6.75 million years ago. According to scientists, a long era of dinosaurs was over 6.6 million years ago with a steroid collision.
Fossils of plants have also been found in bore hole near the bone. This means that this dinosaur lived in a marsh environment, which must have been full of jewels at that time. This bone has now been placed on the display of the museum. But at the moment, there are no plans to dig and excavate under the parking lot.
