In the gangrape case with a Law student from Kolkata, the Bharatiya Janata Party has claimed that the accused have related to the top leaders of the Trinamool Congress (TMC). Along with this, BJP has demanded resignation from Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
The BJP said that the Trinamool Congress is saving the accused. Party spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh said that this is the government’s failure when he is repeatedly accused of rape accused TMC. He said that the condition of women’s safety in the state has deteriorated.

The main accused is the case of gang rape … Chief police prosecutor Sorin Ghoshal said that according to the Supreme Court’s decision, all the people of the group involved in gang rape cases should be held responsible, even though they have not done the act of rape. In this case, two other persons helped in rape. Therefore it is a case of gang rape, and they are also accused in the case.
